1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
2.1 Minimum Age
Access to and use of the xbeje platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the age of 18 to gamble. xbeje takes underage access extremely seriously and employs age verification procedures at both the registration stage and at the point of first withdrawal.
2.2 Age Verification
xbeje may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to provide documentary proof of your age. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or other official photo identification showing your date of birth. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, xbeje reserves the right to suspend withdrawals from your account. If age verification reveals that a user is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at xbeje's discretion after deducting any costs incurred in the verification process.
2.3 Geographic Eligibility
The xbeje platform is designed and operated for players based in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. xbeje makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in locations outside its intended market. Users who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and may have their accounts closed without notice.
2.4 Single Account Rule
Each eligible individual may register and operate only one xbeje account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and all balances being forfeited.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access xbeje's full range of services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered to a Bangladesh-based mobile network operator. You must ensure that all information provided at registration is truthful and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.2 Account Credentials
Upon successful registration, you will be assigned or will create a username and password ("Credentials") that allow access to your xbeje account. You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your Credentials strictly confidential and not sharing them with any third party.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
- Notifying xbeje immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your account has occurred.
xbeje will never ask you to disclose your password in a support communication. Any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
xbeje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as part of its commitment to fraud prevention and responsible gaming compliance. You may be required to submit identity documents at any stage of your use of the platform, including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or during a periodic account review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in your withdrawal being delayed or your account being suspended pending verification.
3.4 Account Security
You are strongly advised to use a unique, strong password for your xbeje account and to enable any additional security features made available on the platform. xbeje will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. xbeje employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications to protect your data and financial transactions in transit.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Personal Payment Methods Only
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the depositing account suspended pending investigation. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect all parties from financial fraud.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. xbeje aims to process bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times for Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may be longer depending on the issuing bank. xbeje reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above threshold amounts.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on xbeje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where a deposit is made in another currency, the conversion to BDT will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. xbeje is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the value of deposits or withdrawals.
4.5 Declined Transactions
xbeje reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to believe the transaction may constitute fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, xbeje will notify the account holder at the registered contact details and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses
Promotional offers on xbeje are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria set out in the terms of each individual offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. xbeje reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion if it has reason to believe the player is abusing the promotion or acting in a manner contrary to the spirit of the offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your xbeje account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active are specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering requirements. Placing bets in excess of the maximum permitted bet amount while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and any associated free spins or credits expire at the end of the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to check the expiry terms of any bonus before accepting it.
5.4 Abuse and Fraud
xbeje maintains active monitoring systems to identify bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: multi-accounting to claim the same bonus more than once, collusion between players to manipulate wagering outcomes, low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk, and making deposits solely to claim a bonus with the intent to immediately withdraw after meeting wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, xbeje reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.
5.5 General Bonus Conditions
xbeje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Bonuses are offered at xbeje's absolute discretion and their availability does not create any contractual obligation to continue offering them in the future. Players are advised to review the current terms of any promotion before participating.
6. Game Rules & Betting Conduct
6.1 Game Integrity
All casino games available on xbeje operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that produces fair and unpredictable outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) figures for slot titles are published in each game's information panel. Live casino games are supplied by independently certified studio operators including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. xbeje does not alter game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any certified game.
6.2 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error during a game session, xbeje reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. xbeje will not honour bets or payouts that are the result of a malfunction, regardless of the amount displayed at the time of the error. All software malfunctions are logged and investigated. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets are accepted subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Bets placed after an event has started (live in-play bets) are accepted in real time and are binding once confirmed. xbeje reserves the right to suspend any market, void any bet, or restrict any account where there is evidence of misuse of in-play betting, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of pricing errors. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the governing body's official results for settlement purposes.
6.4 Void Bets and Refunds
A bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum number of qualifying periods have been completed; the market is suspended due to a technical or pricing error; the event does not take place within the time period specified in the market rules. Void bets will not count toward any bonus wagering requirements.
6.5 Maximum Winnings
xbeje may apply maximum payout limits to individual games, bet types, or markets. Maximum payout limits applicable to specific games or sports markets are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. xbeje reserves the right to limit, cancel, or void winnings that exceed published maximum payout thresholds.
7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
7.1 General Obligations
As a registered xbeje user, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith. You agree not to engage in any conduct that may damage the reputation of xbeje, interfere with other players' enjoyment of the platform, or circumvent the technical or operational measures xbeje has put in place to ensure a fair and secure environment.
7.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are expressly prohibited on xbeje and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account on xbeje, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
- Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate outcomes.
- Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on xbeje.
- Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
- Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any such advantage gained must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information that provides an unfair advantage in a live game.
- Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing xbeje staff or other players through any communication channel.
7.3 Responsible Self-Reporting
You agree to promptly notify xbeje if you become aware of any technical fault, pricing error, or irregularity on the platform that may provide you or any other player with an unintended advantage. Failure to report a known error and instead exploiting it will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your xbeje account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, xbeje will process any pending withdrawals of genuine funds subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool, which takes effect immediately.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by xbeje
xbeje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
- Confirmed multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
- Age verification failure (user found to be under 18).
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
- Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
8.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach
Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, xbeje reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, xbeje will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and may freeze account funds pending the outcome of any investigation.
8.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. xbeje will notify you at your registered email address before applying a dormancy fee or closing the account. Players are advised to log in periodically to keep their account active. Balances in dormant accounts are protected and will be returned to the player upon reactivation of the account subject to standard KYC verification.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Guarantee of Winnings
Gambling involves risk. xbeje does not guarantee that you will win any bet or game session. All games and sports betting markets are subject to inherent variance and statistical probability. Past performance or results do not guarantee or predict future outcomes. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited into your xbeje account and that xbeje bears no responsibility for any such losses.
9.2 Service Availability
xbeje makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, xbeje does not warrant uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for losses attributable to platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, network outages, or events outside xbeje's reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or failures of third-party infrastructure providers.
9.3 Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbeje's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your xbeje account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. xbeje shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.4 Third-Party Services
The xbeje platform integrates third-party game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and card networks). xbeje is not liable for any failure, error, or interruption in the services provided by these third parties, nor for any loss arising from such failure. Where a game provider experiences a technical issue affecting a game session, the applicable malfunction policy in Section 6.2 will govern resolution.
10. Amendments to These Terms
xbeje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party — may be made without individual notification.
